4 Sales 2 Weeks

The Fraser Valley Real Estate Market was once again strong in February, 2016. In the past week my 2 condominiums in Langley, Cornerstone both sold 2 days in succession. There was a bit of fear that the condo market was slowing but perhaps the sale of all the detached homes has given buyers more equity to buy investments into the recenlty slow condo market. 
The next day my clients sold their home in Coquitlam very close to asking. The open houses that we did gave a lot of people an excellent opportuntity to see a beautifully staged home and how it can raise the value of your home sale. Thanks to Malika Smith from Upstaged Redesign and Decor for doing a fabulous job for my clients.
